Important information and tips for the holiday home

Welcome to our house 🙂

We live in our house for several months, so it is not a classic holiday home that is only rented out. We therefore ask for your consideration. Thank you very much 🙂

  1. Smoking and vaping prohibited in the house.
  2. No street shoes in the house.
  3. The Tap water is drinkable and comes from a well 80 metres deep. It is absolutely clean, we have had it tested.
  4. We have a biological sewage treatment plant. The wastewater is purified with bacteria. So never use strong chemicals and/or empty the camper toilet.
  5. Close doors after entering and only open windows as far as the safety tilt to prevent annoying Avoid flies and mosquitoes in the house.
  6. Open Fire in the garden only in the fire bowl (in a small barn) due to the risk of forest fires in late summer. No fire in strong winds. Please ask.

Whirlpool

We often weigh down the hot tub with two or three wooden blocks, as there are often strong gusts of wind that would otherwise blow the cover off.

Use the bath mat (on the top left-hand shelf in the washroom) to minimise the amount of dirt in the whirlpool.

The cover is folded back in the centre.

Please bring swimming nappies for the little ones. Thank you 🙂

You can set the temperature as you like it best. In the end, it is best if the temperature is lowered to 35C again.

There are three nozzles that you can switch on. They switch off automatically after 15 minutes or you can switch them off yourself on the display.

The small hinged buttons on the edge of the pool switch on additional oxygen, which makes it bubble more.

Only turn the large rotary knobs when the nozzles are switched off! Here you can control different nozzle areas.

Please clean the pool after each use.

With the sieve for the large items and then with chlorine. You will find everything you need in the laundry room.

Pour some chlorine powder onto the lid of the white chlorine pack. Then pour this powder into the green bucket and fill up with hot water. Stir with the toilet brush (works best somehow) until the pellets have dissolved. Fill the bucket 1/3 full. Then tip into the whirlpool. Briefly turn on the jets. Done 🙂

Most of the time you can sit and relax in the whirlpool. On some days, however, there are a few mosquitoes or flies. If they annoy you, you'll find a box with head covers in the old cupboard at the top right of the entrance area. Just take a look inside 🙂
